He is an IEEE Life Fellow and Golden Core Member. He has been developing the open computer architecture TRON since 1984. He has also been expanding his design into a wide range of areas, including homes, museums, buildings, and cities. In 2023, the "TRON Real-Time OS Family" was recognized as an IEEE Milestone. He received the ITU150 Award in 2015, and the IEEE Masaru Ibuka Consumer Technology Award in 2023. He is also the recipient of the Japan Academy Prize in 2006, the Medal with Purple Ribbon in 2003, and the Order of the Sacred Treasure, Gold Rays with Neck Ribbon in 2024.

Born in 1989. He studied legal philosophy at Tokyo Metropolitan University and the University of Tokyo Graduate School of Public Policy, and joined the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism in 2013.
As a national civil servant, he is involved in policies in a wide range of fields at the Ministry, including disaster prevention, aviation, and urban planning.
As a legal official, he has been involved in planning and drafting bills and legal affairs for a long time, while also experiencing political affairs when he was an assistant secretary to the minister.
Since 2020, he has led Project PLATEAU from launch to implementation as director.
In 2024, he launched Project LINKS. He has been in his current position since July 2024.
GTFS Program Manager, MobilityData
He began his career as a data analyst at a public transportation route search service. He then served as a data analyst team leader and a program manager at a foundation.
In 2023, he joined MobilityData, an international non-profit organization, as a public transportation data analyst. He has served as the GTFS program manager since 2024. He is committed to the international development of the GTFS standard to improve the accessibility of public transportation services around the world.

Born in Shizuoka Prefecture in 1978. He studied mechanical and aerospace engineering at Nagoya University and its graduate school, and joined JR East in 2003.
In 2009, he was in charge of the development and operation of "Mobile Suica." He experienced the evolution of mobile services at the forefront during the transition from feature phones to smartphones. Since 2016, he has been engaged in data utilization work. Starting from internal and external needs and issues, he worked on solving problems by combining data and services. In 2023, the real-time route search won the IT Grand Prize in the customer and business area at the "41st IT Awards" sponsored by the Japan Information Technology Association (IT Association). At the same time, he was selected as one of the "Super SE 100."
CEO, SWAT Mobility Japan
After graduating, he joined a general trading company and worked on infrastructure development for power plants and substations in the Middle East. After earning an MBA in Europe, he joined the Singapore branch of a consulting firm and worked on strategy formulation and PMI.
In 2019, he became CEO of the Japanese subsidiary of SWAT Mobility, a Singapore-based startup that provides on-demand transportation operation systems (shared rides) and delivery optimization systems.
Professor of Faculty of Information Networking for Innovation And Design (INIAD), Toyo University
After working as a special assistant professor and special lecturer at the University of Tokyo Graduate School of Interdisciplinary Information Studies and at the YRP Ubiquitous Networking Research Institute, he has been an associate professor at INIAD (Toyo University Faculty of Information Networking and Collaboration) since 2017. He will be a professor at INIAD (Toyo University Faculty of Information Networking and Collaboration) from 2023. He will be the head of the department and head of the graduate school department from 2024. PhD (Interdisciplinary Information Studies).
With the theme of solving social issues using digital technologies such as IoT and AI, he is engaged in research on pedestrian navigation, support for people with disabilities, open data, and congestion detection using Bluetooth Low Energy.
